Manchu doesn't have the Tribal Feud/Conquest CB.

Starting today, I lose the tribal feud/conquest CB when forming Manchu with Jianzhou. I chose "yes" to the new traditions. I have checked, and it still shows the government reform is steppe nomads.

I loaded a save game from yesterday with Manchu, and can still use the horde CB with that save.

I have also verified game files in Steam.

I am on version 1.32.2.

Has anyone else had this problem?
