At this moment we have, and only for Greeks, the option to blind&castrate prisoners.

In my modest opinion, this option should be available for all the cultures.
Furthermore, I'll suggest various kinds of torture that one can use - there was a true arsenal in the middle ages. And dont forget holy Inquisition for example, or burning females (witches) on fire etc. I meen, let me impale some my prisoner at least:p

Witch burning didn't start massively happening until the 16th century, and I believe there are a series of events if your character has certain traits to impale prisoners and gain the impaler trait. I do agree that torturing heathens should be an option to gain piety, but could result in negative traits if abused.

I would love to see more interaction with prisoners, who just kind of sit around now, occasionally bitching or trying to escape. We should be able to interrogate them if they are in on a plot, or punish them if they are guilty of something.

It would also be nice to have trials--including trial-by-combat for German characters.
