I know this isn't the point of the game but I wanted to see if I could just manage a small town of about 800-1000. Things were going very well once I hit that threshold but then something strange happened. My demand for Residential went down and Industrial
spiked, commercial spiked a little. Then those went away and my population started dwindling, it said to zone more Residential because it was in high demand which in fact the bar was max but the population was decreasing while no residential homes were being abandoned.
Workers needed starting showing up in industry and the whole town kinda crashed. I'm surprised how I could have had such a high demand yet my population was decreasing and no residential space was opening up for new residents to move in?
again I realize the point is to just build a city but I figured I'd try running a small town, suggestions?
