Manage Attachments; get rid of old attachments

Just a simple question: Is there a way to delete unused attachments to free up space?

EDIT: Found a solution. Just delete them in the posts. Well, there should be some kind of help in the dialog to help the user.

Click on Settings (top right) then Attachments (centre left).
