Is it intentional that the Nobles in the new Mameluk goverment have the same ammount of incluence from land, no matter how much or how little land they have?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
They just have too much. Influence from land caps at a certain amount (I think 40?). Remove enough provinces and you'll see.
And to add to that, Mamluks (historically correct) start with a TON of Noble estates. But you can safely revoke most of those to make the estate more manageable.
