So, how is the new mamluk gov. supposed to work?

I'm guessing it has some clever mechanic in the dlc, however, without it it just seems to make it so i can never have any heirs. For a monarchy thats pretty bad.

Please paradox, don't force shit into the game if it doesn't work without the DLC

whenever your monarch die you pick a new monarch from cultures you accapted or from circessian culture . thats how supposed to work . you never gonna have heirs in this monarch and your king allways get bonus to admin points since its %100 random

If u have the dlc u get an event where u can pick rulers for extra government abilitys

if u do not have the dlc u are a monarchy that has permanent super low legitimacy

It's not unplayable, but it sure as hell is either the biggest case of "has no-one bothered to playtest this" or "let's just anoy them into buying the dlc"

in this case I think best solution is making them get 4/4/4 rulers balanced king every time one die(they can get 0/1/1 too but its gonna be rarer than usual monarchy) so this will balance randomness. or they must make them usual monarchy back :/

well in current version with dlc its getting +3 guaranteed by the way 4-4-4 is overall not allways it can be 1-1-1 too sometimes but rarer....
