There are some inaccuracies as far as Malta's place names are concerned. They all seem to be modern tourist-oriented places... 
Sliema and San Ġiljan only emerged in the late 19th century. Sliema should definitely not be the medieval county capital! Gozo is an island. Birżebbuġa, Marsascala and Mġarr were small insignificant fishermen villages.
The county capital should be Mdina.
The city should be Rabat.
The bishopric is a bit tricky as Malta formed part of the See of Palermo but the cathedral in Mdina was dedicated to St Paul so San Pawl is fine.
The castles (apart from Mdina itself) should be Castrum Maris and Cittadella. There weren't any others.
