With the new reformation religion update in Holy Fury, is there any way to make a religion where the female ruler is allowed to have male concubines?

Is it enough to just take the male and female rulers equal doctrine? Thanks for the answer.

I've seen the rule "female rulers can take up to 3 cohorts" in Random World religions. I can't confirm if doctrines like Enatic Clans or Equality enable this rule, but I can confirm that male concubines are a thing in Random.
In my playthrough as African bloodthirsty amazons while tribal I made one man a concubine after reforming religion(warmonger, blood gods, Enatic-Cognatic(woman picture), temporal( do not remember exactly what their names)), but I did not try to take concubine when I become feudal
Enatic clans does indeed allow female rulers to take male concubines (called consorts in game), also when they go feudal. Have not tested the gender equality one yet, but I can confirm that having full status for women does not allow you to pick enatic-cognatic or enatic and it also didn't allow for women to take male concubines.

The Bon religion says it allows concubines for both men and women. It's the religion that normally starts in Tibet. I'm currently doing a shattered world with Germanic Bons in Denmark, but I'm still on my first (male) ruler, so I can't confirm. Looking forward to it though

In a normal game, both West African and Bon women can take consorts; haven't tried using reformation abilities to unlock it.
EDIT: File says both the Equal and Matriarchal reforms allow it along as the religion offers concubines. I haven't tested it, but have a strong feeling it won't work with reforms that grant multiple wives instead.
Also, if a woman is impregnated by a consort, the child still gets "Child of Concubine', which is a little odd.

That's also what bugged me, after my fylkja got a child from her consort: How do they know?
I know how it works on a technical level, but its about the trait: how do my vassals know which man pollinated my char?

Then the female ruler tells the subjects that this was the child of a concubine? I don't understand what you're asking. Either this child is fathered by a husband, by a concubine, or is a bastard.
But what if she didn't know? Or wanted to claim otherwise?
Essentially, the mother should be able to choose the father, like choosing to legitimise a bastard, and have real_father be fixed.
This is exactly the sort of problem that kept them from fully implementing polyandry.

And how does she know?
She has a husband and 3 consorts. None of them celibate or even chaste. Considering she is lustful, and i think she has regular intercourse with all of them, how does anyone know?
Does it matter if she knows? She's the ruler. She has a husband and multiple consorts, at that point even her husband might as well be a consort. All her children are children of consorts.
