making province with claim building to colony

hi fellows,

is there a way to make a single province with a claim building (tradepost, ...) to a colony through event?

I tried to script some events, which allows the owner of coastprovinces in africa (with claimbuildings) to make them to colonies. Unfortunatly, I failed.

Any ideas?

Not that I know off, you have to have a claim in all provinces in order to claim it. (and no one coming talking about one-type-of-each-building thing, I know about that rule)
