Quick question for you guys, I took over a neighbors planet and made the pops slaves and spread them through each of my planets to work the minerals and food, but I would like more of them, I have population control on, as I assumed this would let me control when new pops of theirs spawn, is this not the case?

If I have population control off will they just develop naturally as my Human pops do? is there any way to select what type of pop grows on a tile?

Thanks.
