So 150 for a new core well that might be fair, what I don\t like right now is that I do not completely understand the system. First you have to pay 150 PP to get a core it also states I become owner and controller. Owner and controller I thought I had become when I won the war against my enemy, so why is this here?
On to my next problem, after I am done with a 150 PP use to get a core I check the province, and it is indeed a core but now it has a 50 PP cost to do the exact same thing as far as I can see what is the reason for this? and what does the second or first option actually do differently?
A last question would be that I read you should be able to use your spies to make collaboration governments and that the percentage for that would translate into compliance, I have not as anarchist Spain seen the option to prepare collaboration government, what is needed to be able to do this option?
