Hey. How to force AI to create more than one kings-tier title? I have never seen AI create more than one, even if they would have provinces in like 3 de jure kingdoms. Please, tell me what to mod!

Creating multiple king-tier titles is often not a wise idea, so..

I dont care if it is wise or not. I actually deleted all emperor titles just to make game more juicy and I would like not to see empire-sized kingdoms but many kingdoms(if there is title, there is gonna be someone who gonna want it, so factions gonna appear and then it will go with the flow). So, any idea how to make this possible?

PS: Oh, and I made de jure assimilation to 500 years, so not possible to happen
