How do you make a new set of ministers for 1 of the custom country ID tag's? I know how to edit new ones and add in ones for a country but I don't know how to make a whole new set without deleting a current set.

Make a copy of an existing minister file

Rename it to the TAG of the new country 'ministers_u01.csv' for example.

Change the ID numbers of the new file to a unique set (not currently in use) and then change all the particulars of the 'new' ministers (deleting unused ones).

MAKE SURE that after your last minister line, you press return to make a new space.

The game will ignore whatever the last line is. If you have an extra blank space, everything will be fine; otherwise, your last minister won't show up in the game.
