It's done (pictures related), but there's two minor things that if other modders can help me with or point me in the right direction would be awesome.

First, the +15% psionic research speed doesn't show up on the tooltip like I had hoped. I know some civics like the mechanist one have secret bonuses that don't appear on the tooltip (-5% robot maintenance for example). Same with some traits like charismatic. Is there any way around this? Could I edit it into the effects section? If so is there a list for text colours so I can make it look nice and proper?

Second, to actually make a mod and not edit the game files like I've done would it be as simple as snipping all the lines out of the files I edited except for my additions then putting the files into the mod directory that is generated when you use the launcher to make a new mod? I don't need to fiddle with anything else?
