I have played about 1500 hours of CK2, so I could just be having trouble adapting to change. However, I have still not entirely figured out how marrying people works in the new diplomacy interface.
If you click on the ring icon below a portrait, it opens a window of marriage candidates. But then if you click on one of them, it just goes to their character window. And right-clicking on a portrait seems to jump around in the menus a bit or something.
Are you supposed to right click on the marriage candidate you want in the window that is opened by the ring menu below a portrait, and then when initiating diplomacy after right-clicking on them from there, will that bring up the same marriage screen you used to get from clicking on their portrait in the same list?
I actually just got a bit confused re-reading that, so sorry if I didn't quite make sense. I just don't get at all how the new diplomacy menu relates to the old one, and would like to see some sort of middle-ground, or maybe more explanatory popups or tooltips?
