Make "saved games" the default tab instead of "historical start"

When I click the "single player" button in the main menu, it brings up a new window with 2 tabs: "historical starts" and "saved games". The default tab is the "historical start" one. I've played over 2000 hours and have never used that tab before, but I've used the "saved games" one many hundreds of times. I don't think I'm alone. Save me a click, and just swap the default tab to be "saved games" please.

Your initial load time would take longer as it'd have to look at all save games, if you want to reset timeline after fiddling with it you'll use the historic starts

The historical starts haven't really been supported for a really long time by the Devs, outside of a few achievements which need them they could otherwise largely be deleted IMO.
