Make Italy only demand Albania if King Zog is the country leader

I love the Battle of the Bosporus DLC and especially the update to the Yugoslavian focus tree. Now I see a problem wit the communist path in particular. When you do the peasant uprisings, it will make the country go into civil war and make the country communist if the communist side won. For Albania specially, when the country is communist, Italy can still the focus for Albanian occupation even though Zog is not the leader anymore and I am concerned with this issue. If the focus for Italy has more requirements to take the focus for "Albanian occupation,' then the problem of Italy taking Albania when Zog is not leader is not an issue any more and I want to resolve this in a patch for 1.10 if possible.

I wrote a thread here today about the same issue and lodged a big report so hopefully someone will look at it but given it is an existing issue I don't have my hopes up. I think Italy should still be able to demand Albania but if Zog is no longer the leader and they are now in a faction with Yugoslavia they should refuse and call you into their war. I was annoyed I spent time on couping them only to have Italy insta-annex them.
