Make it so you can choose which countries you want to release 'first'

Osnabruck (the province) holds an osnabruck and munster core. You can not release Munster and Osnabruck because (I think) the tag number of munster is before osnabruck. Could it be changed so you can release osnabruck from osnabruck and the rest of Munster from Meppen and Munster?

Same with return province, interesting that you get 4 prestige from releasing Osnabruck when it costs nothing.

I wish we could have a screen for return province (just like release vassal) which would show all the possible tags. preferably with search function
