In representive topic Tradition Tier List group of experts pick Harmony as not so good tradition.
What about buffing it a little, so it will be less situational.

Main offenders:
Mind and Body - this one is good just situational, unless you are psion, go for Robotic ascension or already have a lot of Leader lifespan (from tech events or Biological Ascension). Also it does not fit the rest, maybe move it to Domination, or make totally new Tradition tree for leaders.
Kinship - it is generally rare to demote your pops.
Greater Good - small on its own.
Finisher - pops are fraction of your admin cap.

The bonuses above can stay just add something to them to not make this tradition be so empty.

Edict, Stability, Food upkeep are ok.

Theme: Happy pops, food, population.

What to add:
= Add -10% housing from pops, easy, simple, fits the theme
= Add temporary edict Bread and Cirus giving happiness and pop growth for food or something
= Add 1 max influence from factions, so this ethic atraction would serve something
= Add +1 amenity from clerks, since amenity from workers could be good (for slavers?)
= pump that admin cap from pop discount to -20%
= Just plain +10% pop growth in case some dont want to start with exploration (pop growth bonus has dismishing stasking)

Or something else. Just add something which may be helpful and will happen to impact game.
The main problem is that Harmony does not impact gaim enought.
Also stick to the Theme of happy pops multipling.
Maybe even kick Leader lifespan to something else, or special Tradition tree for buffing Leaders. It does not exacly fit the theme of happy pops here. Or Domination. Harmony is more for commies.

i think we'll have to wait 3 to 4 years (next year vic3, after that eu5) to make stellaris great again with a sequel

i'm hoping for a complete rework of traditions, origins and government ethics... to a more fluid and game-flow based system such as in star wars: knights of the old republic 2

I am not that harsh on Tradition system
Lem change (more trees avaiable) was ok. Mercantile and Defense traditions are situational but ok. Some changes to old one (like edict/stability for domination) was also good.
Tradition as fancy Technology which works different than technology, and you can always pick it without rng is also ok. So your game will not be spoiled with bad rng.
Just harmony havent got best out of new system,.

Fluid system (like Humankind)... it is not bad, just different topic, for now just make all traditions more or less ok, at least doing something useful.
