Make GUI for adding new custom songs

Guys, it will take one of your developer five days to create a Windows GUI app with the following fields:

  • OGG file path on local drive [input]
  • Triggers and modifiers [checkboxes]
  • Save / cancel
The app then copies the ogg file(s) and updates the appropriate text files. It will save us hours of frustration, and seriously, it's easy to do. I'm genuinely freaking out because of the repeating songs, and I bought all the extra song packs.
