Currently, even if you give 10 provinces to your ally in a peace deal, you only get +10 relation bonus. I think it should be uncapped and accumulative.

Not as high as return cores, but you can stack infinite amount of relations by returning cores. Giving provinces isn't much different. Of course they would have to want them which is a little trickier.So you can exploit the AI like a mad dog?

Especially since they're capped by OE even right now.
They won't take provinces if they have too much OE already.
