Hi HOI4 development team
I noticed that Basque Country, Gallatia, and Catalonia have now been added as releasable nations of Spain, along with Brittany and Occitania for France in the La Resistance DLC. As a firm advocate for more releasable nations in HOI4, this is awesome to see! However, the UK seems to have been somewhat neglected. It was a great start when Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland were added as releasable nations, but the other two Celtic Nations of Britain were left out!
Cornwall (Kernow) and Isle of Man (Ellan Vannin) are often, and wrongfully, left out and forgotten whenever the Celtic Nations are represented in art and media. Luckily, this can be rectified with a bit of coding on your side! The foundations of modern Bretton culture are actually rooted in Brythonic (i.e. Cornish and Welsh) refugees who settled on the peninsula following the Anglo-Saxon invasion. Modern Bretton is very similar to Cornish (Kernewek). The culture and people who shaped Brittany are still very much alive in the UK, and certainly existed during WWII !
Many blessing upon you devs. Cornish player has coin if you have wares <3
