Right now the Zhuang culture in the Thai group doesn't have a primary nation; however, the Changsheng tag has Zhuang culture and has cores on a few provinces with Zhuang culture in 1444. To me it makes sense to link the two in this matter, since it's the goal to give every culture a tag (as is the case with most cultures in the Chinese region, even though some of them don't have cores anywhere).
