Major MDS Problems, please help

I desperately need to re-install MDS2, but the MDS Mod Control only gives me the option to "Start MDS2" even though i deleted the MDS folder from the Hearts of Iron folder.

This happened after i bungled an attempt to change the supply consumption requirements of the units, since countries like Israel have supply demands that are 2x or more of what thier entire national IC is.

Please someone tell me how to re-install MDS2. I can use the install file but that only does part of it, for some reason it seems i can't avoid running the Mod Control to fully install it.

Ok, I think that the moderators would want all MDS stuff in the ONLY MDS thread, so use the ONLY MDS thread instead of posting new threads!!!
And about your question, you should just download all the MDS stuff from the MDS home page first, before using the mod-control.
....or just ask Maggern or any other of the MDS team instead.
