Is that just for the vanilla game and the two expansions or are the changes also included in the Monster versions of the heroes?
Just the vanilla + DLC. Unfortunately due to some terrible design decisions in code, I am unable to properly mod all units and building in the same file, without repacking original .pak files (like I did with Cold Sunrise). This limits me to how many units I can include in resource.mod RPGParams.xml file without crashing.
