So, instead of having a scroll bar to diminue or raise the mainentenace of your army and navy, we could choose which regiment we want to have mainentenace on and which ones we don't.For example: Let's say that you are playing portugal and want to send an small army of 4 units to guard your colony but, your army at home, let's say 10 units, is going to be useless and you don't want to fund them so you just choose to fund your colonial army and not fund the one at home.

I'm not sure if i should post ideas for achievements here but...yeah.

The achievement is:

Carnival-Own and have a core on every province in the brasilian colonial region as Venice.
