When i click go back to main menu it simply restarts the whole game for me, i don't know why this is happening to me, please help.

Ive been playing for 2 years but it didnt bother me until this week.
When i click go back to main menu it simply restarts the whole game for me, i don't know why this is happening to me, please help.
Well, the point is: they added this option so game won't do strange things like giving random cores and stuff.
The problem is: they left "Exit to Menu" button which doesn't sent you to menu, oh no - it restarts game. It lies to players face and, more than on one ocasion, made me or my friends feel frustrated. Especially with performance problems and habit to start on VH as OPM.
@DDRJake pls fix this button already. Rename it to "Restart Game" or something like this. It is misleading and, after playing any other PDX title, you would believe that it works even if it doesn't.
