Main functionality of DLCs?

I have all DLCs, but sometimes I'd like to disable some of the functionality given by them - for instance, in my last game I disabled La Resistance, because I didn't want to be bothered by spies and stuff.

Question is: Is there any place where I can find a nice overview of all functionality offered by all DLCs, so I can see what I lose when I turn one of them off?

I would probably use the HoI4 wiki's page on DLC to get a first overview:

Then -if some question should remian what exactly hides behind "X"- search for more detailed info in the corresponding DD or wiki article.
