Magna Terra screwup

Right, gentlemen, I seem to be encountering a troublesome problem. I downloaded Magna Terra and installed it correctly (very good mod, by the way). However, when the new version of Epigoni was released, I rushed to play it as well.

It appears that the map files have been permanently screwed over by Magna Terra and allow me to play nothing but...Magna Terra.

Would anyone care to venture some advice and assistance?

This happened to me. No amount of deleting the cache files worked for me.
I had to bite the bullet and reinstall.

You have to delete the cache files in the vanilla folder (in map/cache) (but not the ones of the province_textures, this folder must be kept).

Weird. I've switched between Magna Terra, RIMP, Lofmod and regular maps before with no problem, you just have to make sure you delete the right files in your map cache.

If you have enough hard drive space, I always create a copy of the "Europa Universalis - Rome" game directory for all map mods. That way I dont have to worry about switching/deleting files. See below o

Holy crap that's a lot of EU:Rome folders.

I've only had maybe 3 or 4 copies at any one time!

And you only have one EU3 folder!

I am a horder, I still have the old ones from my last PC somewhere. I only just got EUIII a few weeks ago. Havent had time to explore it yet.

I did some map work ages ago pre VV I think. Have been trying to recycle it along with some other stuff I have done into a working map - without success so far.
