I bought the Magicka 2 from a retailer, and they said that my key will come only at May 5th. The robes on Wizard Wars are already available? If I buy from Steam will I receive as soon as I buy Magicka 2? Is it the Headmaster the only being unlocked on Wizard Wars, or the others 2 from Deluxe are being unlocked as well? Thanks Already!

Yes, the bonus robes for Magicka: Wizard Wars are already available.
If you buy it on Steam, you'll get the sneak peek keys and the robes instantly.
All three of the preorder robes are unlocked in both Wizard Wars and Magicka 2 if you buy the deluxe edition. Otherwise, you only get the headmaster robe for both games.
