I've been playing the SVN version and I think I may have run into a bug of some kind. I'm not able to cast spells directed at my character, and some of the text blurbs for spells cast on other characters are jumbled (as if they were from other event chains). I'm also curious because in my game there are almost no Daedra worshipers, maybe around 10-15 people in the world.

In SVN version, most Deadra worshipers are secret in their faith, thus you believe there are only about 10-15 people in the world.
You need to say more about "I'm not able to cast spells directed at my character". As for "text blurbs" it is because localisation for spellbook is a huge mess and really nobody has time to fix it at the moment.
