Magellan???

By now I have edited all that I could via notepad. Now I wish to start editing the map. Since it is not posible to do it via notepad, I looked for tools on web. I found this Magellan tools but none of them work nor there is any beginers guide for it.

Could any of You guys help me?

Instant course on magellan tools? Anyone?
