With the new year starting I though it was probably a good time to make a totally fresh starting guide for all the new players, especially the large amount of them, you, coming from the EPIC store.
This guide shows how to start a new city on fresh map with a simple but elegant layout and quickly turn a profit in 2021. It is a complete tutorial on RCI zoning designs, utilities(power & water), services(education, health, police, fire safety, garbage, parks), budget management, money making, traffic management and road building.
