Macro builder in ledger / claims in peace deals

Hello!

I am just wondering if you could bring back the macro builder in the ledger since it was much easier to sort your provinces by Production, Tax and Manpower and build
from there rather than looking at the map, especially if you got a big country.

Also, when you are making a peace deal your claims no longer show up to the right of the enemies provinces in the peace deal window.

I would like to add my approval for this idea. The build from ledger interface from EU 3 was very useful for large countries and I feel its missing from EU 4.
