I played a bit arround with my workers. It seems like the stability has no effect on the resources from jobs.

you do need your month to tick over while the stability is lower, just in case you didn't do that. otherwise, that's pretty funky.
I give it some time ... it take some Months to show the new values ... thanks for the hint.
