Spain wishes to clarify some points :
Spain didn't betray England, as we discussed the situation together before Spain takes its final decision.
We decided to join the french sphere as it seemed to be the most viable way to protect our country from some unfriendly eyes set on us in Europe and also in America.
We recognize the dutch legitimity in the american western coast.
We intend to repect the agreement with our former ally about Gibraltar and the Balearic Islands
We don't have the intention to engage our former ally unless he ATTACKS first.(and I said attacks, not is attacked )
Spain still exists as a nation ,in spite of french vassalization, and france never gave us a sign saying it wasn't.

However, our accountants have pointed us that this wish is COMPLETELY unrealisitc one, somply because France with her vassals and "protectorates" already owns more than 2/3 of the world, so no room for England half as effective as France even if England would be the only remaining country on the world

It is a sad day to see that rebellious elements in the Spanish Government, no doubt funded directly from Paris, have managed to formally remove their queen from the throne and instead install a French puppet monarch.

**** There's an event for the Bavarian succession war in 1777, and seeing that Bavaria has been a vassal for 80 years, and an ally even longer, it doesn't really make sense to fight for it. Thus, in discussion with Devil, it has been decided that a diploannexation within the HRE by a catholic state will be allowed this time. Furthermore, cores for the provinces will be added to Austria. for cores, see separate post.

As far as I know, level 3 forts proved to be weak against armies and leaders even in 1770es. Should we allow level 4 (large) forts at regular prices?

as the choice made by a half-hour sub.. and that noone seems available to *confirm* the B choice for Poland, I suggest (after discussion with Devil, as usual ) the following edit:
Polish Ari -2, cent +2, merc -2, serf -2 (and stab -1, doubtfull) to reverse the B choice.
THEN trigger event #3499 from the console (for Poland) Russian, Prussian and Austrian events are then automatic, and can be added to the history afterwards:
