PLENTYFUL??!! One of them died (by natural cause) not completing his duty. And that was HALF of my explorers - I wouldn't call that plentyful
I've spoken to Barnius, the reason he can't break alliance is because he's in a war. When it's over he can reform his alliance in-game.

And I didn´t expect you to peace out so quick. And the second war was about survival without Frunds so I definetly needed help.

THIS is what you said and THIS is exactly what you should not do when you said you were going to keep the war "restricted". Am i not getting to you or do i have to explain further?
Quite simple. In the first war I had Frunds and that´s when we had a limited war, I didn´t! call my allies and Poland dowed you out of gaining legitimation for his northern german annexations.
I won´t go for a limited war the second time, when all I got is Ferdinand.

The second war i can understand, you broke the deal then. It has nothing to do with restricted wars anyway.
If i had said that the war was supposed to be restricted (cant remember if i did), then they would still have DoWed me. You invited Venice and Poland into the war, they didnt join freely...
I also heard something about France being bought into it. Cant understand how you could still make me believe he joined freely then.

Come on Duke, how is it? You made them join you or they dowed on their own? Either way its wrong, as it was agreed upon to have a restricted war.
I think Duke's desire for a restricted war flew out the window when he saw that the Ottomans outnumbered him 5 to 1.

Well, that is understandable, but i didnt even get a "the deals cancelled, im inviting more countries" message. I had to find out myself, which cost me a few years of development and inflation.

perhaps next time you should consider discussing such things with the country you attack??
and I was asking for any support i could get (knowing very well that you'd outnumber me 3-4 to 1 ) though i didn't expect France to support with troops.

So, you mean that next time i have agreed to a restricted war, i should consider that the other party invite more countries than has been decided?
