By they way, I was under the impression that the time decided upon, would be posted in this thread.
Yesterday I was under the impression that the game was postponed since nothing was posted here.
After haven eaten my dinner last night I was quite surpised to see my ICQ swarmed with messages as to why I was not in Vnet....
Just to let you guys know that I wasn't being late as such, since nobody had told me that we were going to play...
I, Barnius van Oranje, am away the whole next weak, and if you are only a bit more successful in game organization, you could reach the moment when The Netherlands could form. Therefore, and judging from somewhat limited experience with Hungary, I suggest BiB, King of Spain and me should start negotiating, if it already isn’t too late .
Since I rule a state-to-be, I obviously can’t offer anything. But that should not be the reason BiB not to act reasonable and prevent unnecessary bleeding of Spanish empire. So I propose Spain to release Netherlands as soon as possible, let all Lowlands revolt and defect to the new country and send a state gift on the yearly bases for every year Dutch people suffered under Hapsburgs

U could at least wait till Felipe comes around to screw up things before "revolting"
Karl V was quite the popular chappy in the Netherlands, u know (even Dutch culture wouldn't go amiss).

So the trick would be to hang around and wait for them to get in a war, and then attack the AI country that gets the map off of them?

They are a bastion of cristianity in the Med. Fighting against the Turks. Seriously I think we should edit their knowledge as soon as they are created.
That might be a good idea, so that damocles won't have to justifuy himself should he decide to attack the knights.
