(Mac) WoL - No CD Key Available

While the DLC is active and I can play it ingame, I cannot seem to find the CD Key for WoL. I looked under View CD Key and View Downloadable Content in the steam menu and the DLC does not appear under either. Interestingly, the Iberian minor DLC's don't show up under View Downloadable Content, either. Does anybody know what is going on or have an alternative place to find the CD key?

restart Steam and validate the game cache, if that doesn't help submit a ticket with the zendesk attaching proof of purchase and a screenshot of your cd keys

I did the first two. What is Zendesk and what counts as proof of purchase?
