I've also tried reinstalling & validate game file. Strangely SoI & LoR works.
But the faces, unit packs doesn't work. The music for byzantine characters are never played. I suspect all other musics were not played as well. Also the dynasty pack doesn't works.
I have to reinstall in windows and it works, but the dynasty shield of my saved game aren't updated
