Mac - stuttering screen since 1.29 update

Just updated to 1.29. EUIV has run on max settings until now with no problem, but since update, even on the opening map screen and in game, graphics are jumpy/stuttering as if the whole graphics system is no longer adequate.

System:
Processor 3.1 gHz i7
Memory: 8gb
Graphics: nvidia geforce GT 750M 1 GB

FYI on my 2017 iMac it runs smoothly and fine. Your 750M is marginally above the power of the minimum GPU for the Mac version, the 320; perhaps with the new 64it version you'll need to reduce graphics quality settings. Have you tried that at all?

I have - interestingly I quickly noted that the game itself runs perfectly well at max settings once game is going. It is the opening screen and the country selector screen that remains jumpy no matter what settings are chosen. New since 1.29

I see; that I have no explanation for! Again they work smoothly for me. If graphics settings don't help, there's really nothing else for us here to try AFAICS.

You could post it in Bug Reports I guess; a video showing the problem would be good for that, plus settings.txt from the game and the contents of Steam-Help-System Info .
