Two immediate problems with the Mac/Steam version that have stopped me in less than 25% through the tutorial:
1) My Mac has two monitors. The game doesn't capture the mouse pointer to one screen. Moving the cursor to the left edge of the game causes it to move off to my second monitor instead of scrolling the map.
2) The Steam "here is your CD key, press shift-tab to close this message" box is stuck on. Shift-tab doesn't make it go away.
The first problem I can work around with the arrow keys [1], but the second is a pain; the Steam box is covering up the minimap. What can I do?
