Up until recently, I've always played full screen and just been okay with my second monitor being totally useless while playing CK2. This is mostly because none of the resolutions actually fit on my screen nicely unless I'm in full screen.
Then I figured out I can use a custom resolution, so I edits my settings.txt with the perfectly right resolution and set borderless mode on.
Everything looks the perfect shape... except I can't get CK2 to my second monitor. No matter what I do, I can't get it to launch to the second monitor, and with borderless windows, I can't figure out how to drag it from one monitor to the other.
The primary problem here is that my dock is on the left side of my left monitor and CK2 lays underneath the dock. Changing the dock to autohide isn't really acceptable... and I don't want the dock in any other position on my screens.

The first screenshot is my left monitor, the one in which I do not want the game to be in (even though it is). The second screenshot is my right monitor, the one in which I do want the game to be in, and the one in which I have Steam, push Play in Steam in that monitor, then drag the launcher to that monitor and push Play in the launcher in that monitor. And no dice.
Maybe this is an OS limitation, and new windows are always created in the primary monitor, I don't know... any advice?
