Hi,
So, I left the game dormant for a few months until the Natura Disasters update. I had this 300k vanilla city which was rock solid. Then the ND update came (which I didn't buy but received the mandatory free upgrades) and the disaster unleashed anyway...
My Commercial and Industrial began complaining about "Not enough goods" & "Not enough raw materials". In a matter of a couple in-game years this reached a point of no return. 50% of my Comercial and Industrial got abandoned and my budget went to waste. The problem was that cargo ship and train imports where not enough to satisfy "C" and "I" demand (which were ok before the ND free update).
And guess what... it was only possible to fix this by buying the Natural Disaster upgrade... which I don use at all and its currently turned off; loading an old save game and plopping industrial, cargo and harbors like crazy.
I don't really know if this was intended or simply a bug overseen by the developers, but as seen on this forum lately it appear to be a recurring problem.
Anyway, some changes I noticed are:
Mac Game: Cities Skylines + After Dark + Snow Fall + Natural Disasters. Vanilla. No Mods.
Hardware: iMac 27" (Late 2015), 3,3 GHz Intel Core i5, AMD Radeon R9 M395 2048 MB, 32 GB 1867 MHz DDR3, HD Fusion 2 T.
Unlocked tiles: 9
Population: 380.000+/- citizens
In game year: 2.264
Playing time: About 1,5 years (in and out)
Bank balance: $20.000.000+/-
Weekly income: $200.000+/- (day)
Thats about it!
Best.

Anyway, some changes I noticed are:
- Tourist and Influx now floods the city (which is welcome).
- Population growth was boosted a bit (which is ok)..
- Cargo Ship Imports system is broken at best. And works in long-long cycles (about two in-game night/day cycles). It goes from being simply m.i.a. to an absurd swarm-queue of cargo ships. During this time Imports double, which clogs roads with delivery cars and vans (which is not cool...).
- Fire spreads (which is cool).
- Love the helicopters and antennas.
- The game performance got a noticeably slowdown.
- Radio stations are repetitive and impact performance somehow.
- After the aforementioned tweaks my city is stable again and its steadily growing. It had stalled before the ND update (which is welcome).
