Not a Bug but a problem. The combat tactic Fervoured Frontal Advance includes a -100% defense penalty to heavy infantry, light infantry, and pikemen. I have found that whenever this tactic is selected I watch a third of my army evaporate. Perhaps the penalty should only be -50%?

thanks for the suggestion. I'll look into trying this when re-balancing the ABCDE module (... eventually)

Some minor stuff, some events during childhood seems to be connected to traits that have been removed, so far my kids have gotten events for that dog-trait and the one about loving fashion, frivolous maybe?

I've also had a CTD when one of my allies hit 100 % on a slave raid, though this one has not been reproduced yet so might have been just a random CTD.

I believe DR just forgot to remove those events. He was in the process of trimming down the FnF events and traits.

If you're talking about the vanilla stuff, it's still there, so they should trigger ( Or not, random events in CK2 are a fickle mistress ). FnF never had childhood trait events for it's new traits since they were assigned at age 6 or so depending on the humour traits, which is very restrictive in my opinion.

And yes, my goal now is to eventually remove their dependency on the humours and make them independent traits, with childhood events and stuff. I just don't have the time to trim down all the FnF stuff without removing it entirely and starting from zero with a much reduced selection of traits.

I've been meaning to ask about charinfo1 trick, is there a way to display health and fertility for characters in Lux. I'm well aware of it being "cheaty" but I'm done with marrying my brilliant kids to infertile geniuses. if it wasn't for my lovely bastards it would have been a very short run :D

Haven't seen this bug addressed yet:
After clicking single player and being presented with start options, there are no characters present for selection.
After clicking custom setup, the map is devoid of rulers, cultures, or religions (although it is the definitely the right map in shape/size).

The mod files were placed in documents/Paradox/CK2 folder. I have followed the "bcdedit /set increaseuserva 3072" installation instructions and verified the changes took place. Boot up is not significantly slower than CK2 ever is. I still feel like this might be an install error on my part but I can't understand how I can get this far before an error in that case.

I'm quite sure that's an install error on your side. Do you have the "Lux Invicta.mod" file in your mod folder too?

An error I have come across is this one: If you don't have the Charlemagne DLC, you can't select the regional bookmark which was mapped to that one (though I don't remember what it is).

First and second regional bookmarks are DLC locked to Charlemagne and Old Gods. Nothing we can do about that.

I load up the game, go into Single Player, and there are no countries, borders, or characters. It's just beautiful terrain.

I am using the latest version of the mod, v0.6K3. For some reason, the launcher still says 0.6J1

Recently, I deleted my old Lux Invicta folder and installed the new version from the main Lux Invicta thread.

What have I done wrong? What can I do to fix it?

yeah, I forgot to edit the launcher text. My apologies for that.
as for why terrain is missing, it's possible it wasn't properly extracted/fully installed, folder size should be "1.04 GB (1,124,886,214 bytes)"

I don't know if this will help you diagnose my no characters/duchies problem, but when I hit Single Player and pick any of the categories, like Rome or Diadochi, there are no choices of character and the summary is something like "Diadochi Description."
