Ludlum is a growing set of villages and towns. I'm using here a fantastic Ludington map by Mr Miyagi & Czardus, slightly modified to get more hills and entry for ships.
The region started in ancient days and there are still some remaining temples and other landmarks dotted around Ludlum.
This the first termple built in one of the little Ludlum towns.

Not far from there a town of Metioccano appeared some time later, with a small maina plaza and a temple there:
