gets rid of all un acceptable pops in your country i remember someone post a event txt file but i cant find it can anyone help?

I find it funny that everywhere people talk about Victoria 2 just beeing a game but if you want to get rid of some pops (to reperesnt history or modding purpose or whatever) Paradox and some of their fans start crying "its so bad - we are not allowed to do it - ethnic cleansing is bad" blablabla. Its just a game so let us do what we want to do.
