I'm looking for an LP (not a tutorial) which will help me make cities that aren't traffic-clogged Commieblocks.

Preferably one on the sandy shores map and wit the latest update.

They are rectangular block with the outline being made of large roads with smaller roads inside it that are meant to house as many people or shops or offices or factories as possible. Its pretty efficient until traffic starts to ramp up...
