When a vote on a law is forced on you (in exchange for a favor), you automatically vote against it. However, my "loyalist" council member is automatically voting *for* it even though I'm voting *against* it.

Here's Duke Esteve the Hunchback, who's a loyalist:

6F946765F78EF7CC10704144C764A7EBBB2EABB3

And here he is voting against me. I'm voting against the measure, and he's voting for it:

993B3CDFEF0803ADC7E83FD9B7B7BC1B559DFABB

I know that they'll sometimes vote against you if they personally stand to lose, but this was a law about Burghers and tax/levies. So is there a bug where the loyalist will just automatically vote FOR a resolution, regardless as to whether the Liege is voting for or against it?

It's not technically a bug, rather it's unclear information. In the Loyalist tooltip it states that they will 'vote like the Liege', when they in actuality vote yes to the Liege's proposals. As the favor-vote is technically started by the Liege (the Council member using the favor uses it to make the Liege start a vote, the councillor isn't counted as the 'vote starter'). Though I agree that this feels wrong, and I'll file an improvement report on it.

Also, one other request - Could you allow the liege to actually vote on the proposal before assuming he's voting "no"? Occasionally a law is proposed that I *want* to pass, but I don't have the option of voting yes for it...
