Low warscore on latest beta

I'm playing the Ottomans, and I am in a war with one-province Byzantium. I've captured Thrace and destroyed all their military. Yet the warscore is only eleve, ten from controlling Thrace, and one from destroying a ship. They have no other armies or ships that I know of. They also happen to be in a ten-year old war with the former allies of the Duchy of Athens, but nothing has happened in that war for years.

As u don't have 100%, they must control a province somewhere, either in this war or in another war.
